Aging and Disability to provide in home care to the elderly and disabled homebound population who
are under the care of a physician and has an intermittent skilled need. As a commitment to the
community, we also provide services to the indigent, underinsured and the uninsured through referrals
from area indigent clinics. One Accord Home Healthcare is dedicated to equipping our clients, caregivers
and the community with health related education in order to keep them safe, decrease health
disparities and to foster independence. One Accord Home Healthcare is dedicated to providing in-home
care that enriches our clients' lives and helps them maintain the highest possible level of independent
living.

skilled nursing
respite care
