Medical skilled nursing
Full medical services of traditional home health for treatments such as wound care, diabetic management, skilled observation and assessment, and
many other nursing procedures.  To teach disease processes, administer medications, provide equipment, educate on home hazards related to falls
prevention, fire prevention, natural disasters, hazardous waste disposal, pain management, bowel and bladder training, home infusions of
medication, care of wounds, lesions and ulcer, monitor psychosocial status relating to grief, role change abuse, depression relating to chronic pain or
other factors, anxiety and immunizations. Services rendered by Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses consistent with a plan of care
established by the patient's attending physician.

Physical therapy
Registered Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants work to help clients' regain physical function and improve range of motion. Therapists
assist and/or train clients' with gait training, use of wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs, etc., and pain control. Physical therapists are concerned with
prevention and management of movement disorders arising from conditions and diseases occurring throughout the lifespan⁴.

Speech therapy
Registered Speech Therapists provide an effective speech program assisting clients' in learning to better use and comprehend language. Enhanced
written, spoken, and nonverbal communication helps clients' gain greater independence and improved quality of life. The practice of speech-language
pathology includes prevention, diagnosis, habilitation, and rehabilitation of communication, swallowing, or other upper aerodigestive disorders;
elective modification of communication behaviors; and enhancement of communication⁴.

Occupational therapy
Registered Occupational therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants help each client learn to better perform activities of daily living. Activities
may include eating bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and fine motor skills to promote independence.

Medical equipment and supplies
Medical Supplies (Gloves, wound care supplies, catheters, diabetic supplies, etc.). Durable Medical Equipment (Wheelchairs, walkers and other
assistive devices) delivered to your home.

Social Worker
Licensed Clinical Social Workers assist clients in solving problems that may arise through illness, including social, financial and transportation
problems. The social workers assess the clients and family's psychosocial functioning and intervene as necessary. Interventions may include
connecting clients and families to necessary resources and supports in the community; providing psychotherapy, supportive counseling, or grief
counseling; or helping a client to expand and strengthen their network of social supports⁴. Our staff is familiar with a vast number of community
resources to aid persons in need.
